Vaadake pildi detaile, ütleb Piho. Tema maalidel on puhtad jooned, määratletud vormid, täpne teostus, hoolikalt moduleeritud värvigamma. Need tehnilised võtted oma erinevustes loovadki pildi pinge. Tervikmulje on see, mis kirjeldab inimest tema liikuvas hetkes ehk mänguhoos, kuid samas on pildi dünaamika täiesti staatiline. See on ideaalne filosoofiline hetk.
Teosed on tehtud enamjaolt käesoleval aastal. Kuid näituse tuuma tekitamine ehk komplekteerimine ja sobitamine toimub ikka spontaanselt, galeriis kohapeal, lähtudes alati ruumist ja piltide omavahelistest sobivusest. Üldine mulje on tähtis.
Näitus on viies osa eelmisel aastal alustatud sarjas „Valik“.

__Look at the details in the picture, says Piho. His paintings have clean lines, defined forms, precise execution, carefully modulated colour gamma. These technical means, in their diversity, create the tension in the picture. The overall impression describes a person in their moment of movement, or playfulness, while the dynamics of the image are entirely static. It is a perfect philosophical moment.
The artworks are mostly created in the current year. However, the core of the exhibition is spontaneous. The composition and matching happens in the gallery – it is based on the space and the fit between the paintings. The overall impact is important.
The exhibition is the fifth in the ''Choice'' series which started last year.
